Ideal Foods can offer regular supplies of all types of fish by products, trimmings and offcuts:

SALMON
We can currently supply salmon heads, belly flaps, collars, back fins, bones etc. in full or mixed container loads.

OTHER SPECIES
We can also offer a regular supply of other trimmings and offcuts:

Smoked Trimmings:
Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish, Marlin, Shark.

Offcuts:
Tuna Loin, Halibut Etc.

Other fish and shellfish trimmings, offcuts, minces and by products can also be supplied to your specification e.g. white fish mince, tuna heads etc. Please feel free to contact us if you have a requirement for anything not listed above.
